Hearings to resume on 06 February

Evidential hearings in the Sheku Bayoh Inquiry are due to resume on Tuesday, 6 February, 2024.

The sessions will focus on the post-incident investigation by the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner (PIRC).

Witness schedules will be published on the Inquiry website in advance. 

As previously, hearings will take place at Capital House in Edinburgh and will normally run from 10am till around 4pm. They will be streamed live via the Inquiry YouTube channel.
